Session Description

Your first therapy session is a space to begin your journey with care, curiosity, and support. In this 90-minute online appointment, you’ll meet one-on-one with Mary Sue Abernethy to explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin identifying the most supportive path forward. This session is both an assessment and a conversation — a chance to share your story at your own pace, ask questions, and see if holistic therapy feels like the right fit. Together, we’ll consider your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being as part of the whole healing picture.
